Day One the game is afoot

This is going to be really boring for people to look at after the game because its mostly going to be crap since there are only two of us and we are going to do most of our talking in private messages.

In case anyone (Hi PJ) is meta gaming we are going to put a lot of messages in the forum. Make it look like we are really active.

Yea, hopefully we can make it look like we're pounding out strategy or something.

I know you have to vote early but at least this way we can see who is trying to maybe lay low.

Chances are that person is a good target fr the Seer and is trying to stay off lynch radar.

We'll get a better idea of who that could be after more posting happens.

I'll avoid jump on that band wagon as it will look too Wolfish.

Still not sure how to get the seer to view me. Tempted to throw some kind of clues out there but I've been so anti clues that it would come off too wolfy.

Nah, playing alpha is just like playing any other wolf. You don't want to make it look like you're trying to be seen because it looks obvious. You also don't want to dare the seer to see you because it seems like you're trying to get seen for some reason. Best way to play as alpha is to just play as a normal wolf.

Playing as a normal wolf is as simple as playing as a helpful villager. All you do is work towards finding a solution to the wolf problem with everyone else.

Bounce ideas off others as they start getting into it but seem a little confused yourself. It's all about finding a balance.

At that point the Seer has no clear target and just goes for a crap shoot look at people and that's how you get seen.

Yeah you are right. I am thinking that the quieter this game is the better off it is for us. Its going to be hard to pick anyone out of these messages, so I'm going to stay quiet until there is some kind of real messages posted. Trying to keep from posting too many fluff messages just to show I am active.

Of course that is pretty much the only messages posted so far!

Thanks. I'm hoping someone else picks up on it otherwise I'm hoping to keep it as low key as possible so blame goes to someone else. Kind of like Inception if you've seen it, plant the idea in someone else' head and make them think it's their own.

Yeah GCH came in on it that is good. Now we are quiet again. I am really interested on who the villagers pick to lynch today. I couldn't pick a person yet, it would be a total dart toss.

Yea, it's also better if we let others pick people first, too.

I don't think anyone is meta gaming this site. Maybe Reds but PJ would have been my guess and I do think he is out of it today.

Still been fun to post random stuff.

At the very least, if anyone comes over to the site they'll see such a large quantity of posts added on and think there has to be more than 2. Even if people aren't posting they may be paying attention. Better safe than sorry.

Doesn't look like much talk is going to happen before I'm going to vote. I might try to push my vote back till 5:00 ish, but I'll be using my phone at that time.

Right now I'm going to vote for Cubs. Logic is going to be,that Cubs was a very stealthy wolf last game and he has a good way to stay under the radar. If I hadn't been seer last game I'm not sure we would have found him out. If I have to pick a random silent person I'm going to go with the person who scares me the most as a wolf.

Going to throw in some logic as to why I'm not picking Joke or PJ hopefully to make it seem like my normal posts.

And just as I post that message Cubs posts. It was a short bland post. I hope he doesn't post much between now and when I need to vote because I can use that as part of my justification.
